October is here and that means it’s time for boo-ing!
If you’re thinking, “What the heck is this?” Don’t worry… I’ll explain.
Booing is anonymously dropping off buckets of treats to neighbors in the spirit of the season. The goal is to not get caught delivering your gift, so it’s a fun combination of ding-dong ditch and Secret Santa.
Booing people is one of my favorite activities of the Halloween season. I’ve even taken it a step forward and started booing coworkers as well!
The general rules of booing are as follows:
1. Create two Boo’s – take buckets, treat bags, whatever works and fill them with seasonal treats and gifts.
2. Print the game instructions and Boo signs for each bucket. I’ve created two printables for you – for your neighbors and for your coworkers. (See below)
3. Deliver… and be sneaky!
4. Enjoy leftover treats (you earned it!) as you imagine how surprised and excited people were to get your little gift.
If your neighborhood or workplace are good, it won’t be long before a Boo finds its way back to you.
